The outcomes for the Scoring Criteria Institute are to clarify the role of scoring criteria within a personalized learning system, identify a process for developing and/or refining scoring criteria at the school/district level, and to develop a sample set of scoring criteria aligned to Connecticut standards within the Mastery-Based Learning Simplified framework.
