Finishing the Year: A Conversation for New England Educators
May 19, 20, & 21, 2020
2:30-3:30 p.m. ET
Educators from across New England are invited to join the Great Schools Partnership for a Zoom conversation about how we can bring this school year to a successful and supportive close for our students.
Some of the questions we’ll be asking:
- How are we ending this fractured school year in a way that brings closure to our students and provides educators with a chance to reflect on and learn about our experiences?
- How can we assess students in meaningful ways as they end the school year?
- How are we working within the established grading parameters of our schools or districts?
- What can we do to support students who seem to be struggling in engaging in school?
We will bring educators together across states at the elementary, middle, and high-school levels on different days to discuss the issues most important for your grade ranges.

Please Take Note: This is not a sit-and-get webinar, but rather a forum to connect and learn from each other. We’ll discuss themes and lessons as a full group that we can all take into the months ahead.
