Just in Time Session #3—Halfway Through a Tough Year: Self-Care and Community-Care for Educational Equity
At the Great Schools Partnership, we understand how rapidly circumstances change in classrooms, schools, and communities across the U.S. That’s why our network makes space for educators to meet, discuss, and share promising practices on the urgent topics you care about.
Our next just-in-time session—Halfway Through a Tough Year: Self-Care and Community-Care for Educational Equity— will focus on the role of reflection, radical self-care, and public learning in achieving a more equitable education system.
In this 60-minute session, we will:
- Make space for educators and community members to pause and engage in reflection about the first half of a tough school year
- Explore the concepts of radical self-care and community-care, and the intrinsic links between them
- Explore a set of reflection questions that you can take back to your school and community to help you think about or rethink what your students and families need
This session, as with all our just-in-time events, is free, but registration is required.
Registration is now closed.
