Using Walkthroughs to Improve Student-Centered Learning

By the end, participants will understand the EEI and its tools, clarify components of an effective walkthrough structure, and identify strategies to collect actionable data to inform professional learning.

This webinar explores strategies for meaningful family and community engagement by positioning families as partners and centering their voices in planning. Participants will identify strategies that reflect community needs, understand how culturally responsive approaches build trust and connection, and reflect on ways schools can partner with families and community organizations as co-educators.
Multi-tiered Systems of Support in the Classroom

This webinar examines how to design MTSS-embedded classrooms that provide effective, efficient, and equitable Tier 2 supports for students who need additional help beyond strong Tier 1 programming. Participants will clarify the role of Tier 2 supports, consider Tier 1 practices that enable effective interventions, and explore essential components and strategies for meeting students’ targeted academic and behavioral needs.
Creating a Shared Vision: Portrait of a Graduate and Strategic Planning

This session focuses on creating and sustaining a community-driven Portrait of a Graduate (PoG) and strategic plan that reflects shared hopes, skills, and attributes for student success in college, career, and life. Participants will build a shared understanding of the PoG and strategic planning process, identify strategies for engaging diverse partners, and explore how data collection and analysis strengthen implementation and long-term impact.
Toolkit: A Model for Proficiency-Based Learning

This session explores how GSP’s Proficiency-Based Learning Toolkit can shift mindsets and build coherent assessment systems that transform instruction. Participants will build an understanding of GSP’s model for proficiency-based teaching and learning, examine real-world examples of implementation, and identify opportunities to apply the toolkit in their own school settings.
